Four Points By Sheraton Surrey

The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a bedroom, fridge, and well-made bed. The setting was comfortable and conveniently located near the skytrain and activities in Surrey. Splash was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

I liked that it was reasonably priced, even in the summer. It was located right off the freeway, so I could get to all the areas I needed to. It was clean and the breakfast was very good.

The only thing was it seemed the staff was a bit overworked, so when we first came to the hotel desk, we were treated a bit curtly. The girl there seemed to be trying to multitask a lot, and had a hard time smiling a welcome to us. When we talked to her a bit, she started to ease up a bit. I believe you need some extra staff there so that staff members have less anxiety.

I got satisfactory breakfast with Grill.

This place is conveniently located near downtown Vancouver, SkyTrain stations, and a variety of restaurants, with the added bonus of being just 2 km from Splash.

I very much enjoyed my stay, the rooms were nice & clean I am a house keeper in the very beautiful Whistler during the winter season so yes I do a room check for myself just to make sure the sheets & towels are fresh, the reno they have done to the hotel is very nice the pool was ok aswell it was a bonus to have the mini kithchenette enjoyed my coffe in the mornings. If you ask would I ever stay again? My answer would yes... Thx for the great stay.

The food at the abc diner could have been way better the Quality was just not there. 5 out of 10 stars I would give them and our waitress was rude she didt pay attention to us as offten as some other guests.

Big clean comfortable rooms. Close to shopping. Friendly and helpful staff. Lobby is very nice. Hot tub was the best I have used. Powerful jets and very warm.

The rooms here are impeccably clean with two comfortable queen-size beds, and the breakfast served includes a grill option.

The price the buffet breakfast was very good late breakfast and late checkout friendly staff

Front desk people were very helpful.

Perfect base for discovering Surrey with caring staff at reception desk. Spacious room with 2 TVs, bed nicely made plus a separate bedroom. - All in all quiet location, just off guildford town centre. - An exceptionally comfortable hotel, my first choice in Surrey.

The rooms are very clean and well organised

First of all, I am not happy with the front desk clerk when we checked because she did now accommodate us in a way we are expecting, meaning, while I am on line before the other customer, yet when there is another customer behind me, she give him the priority to entertain rather than me.. There is no first come first serve basis of the customer.. Perhaps she got a favoratism to entertain.

As marked above, I was pleased with everything and everyone at the hotel. I look for cleanliness of the room, and appreciate staff who are friendly and helpful. Both of these were in place. My only suggestion would be that the towels could use improvement. They should be thicker and larger. Also, no facecloths were provided.

The unit was spotless with 2 queen size beds and a pullout couch, and the food for dinner and breakfast was amazing.

Beautifully clean sheets, different thickness of pillows to choose from, clean room, free internet,close to the hwy but you can't hear traffic.

Air conditioning was loud and you cannot set the temperature. It is a guess work

Its location was particularly good and marvellous, in Surrey area, and in a very green area.
